This Privacy Policy explains how SHEIN Seller Margin Commander ("we", "our", or "the extension") handles user data when you install and use our Chrome browser extension.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We believe in absolute transparency and user privacy. The extension operates with a privacy-first model:

No Browsing Tracking: We do not track, collect, or store your browsing history or personal behavior on SHEIN or any other websites.
Local Storage: All user preferences (such as default fabric costs, tax rates, return percentages, and currency selection) are stored strictly inside your browser using chrome.storage.local.
Payment Processing: All subscription payments are handled directly by Stripe Inc. via secure SSL checkout. We do not store or process payment card details.
PRO Account Licensing: When activating a PRO subscription, your email address is used solely to verify active license status via Supabase.

2. Permissions Justification

Our extension requests only the minimum required Chrome permissions:

storage: Used exclusively to save your default seller financial settings locally on your device.
activeTab & scripting: Used to render the full-height pricing sidebar when you inspect product pages on SHEIN.
*://*.shein.com/*: Restricted solely to SHEIN product pages to calculate real-time seller margins.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with industry-standard third-party providers for billing and license verification:

Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management (Stripe Privacy Policy).
Supabase: Cloud database for license validation (Supabase Privacy Policy).
Vercel: Serverless backend hosting (Vercel Privacy Policy).

4. Data Protection & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third parties or advertisers. All API communication between the Chrome extension and backend servers uses TLS 1.3 HTTPS encryption.
